This Privacy Policy explains how Redakthor LLC, operating the Medspa Market Pro brand (“Medspa Market Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through medspamarketpro.com and our related marketing services (together, the “Services”). Redakthor LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide: Your name, business name, website, email address, messages, audit responses, and other information you choose to send through our forms or by email.
- Service and client information: Information needed to provide agreed marketing services, communicate about projects, issue invoices, and maintain business records.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and similar website interaction data.
- Transaction information: If you purchase services, payments are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Upwork. We may receive billing contact details, transaction status, and related records, but we do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Do not submit patient information. Our website and audit form are intended for business and marketing information. Do not send patient names, treatment records, medical information, or other protected health information through the Site.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare requested marketing audits.
- To provide, administer, support, and improve our Services.
- To communicate about projects, invoices, security, and administrative matters.
- To understand website performance and improve usability and conversion paths.
- To send marketing communications where permitted by law and according to your preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud, protect our rights, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent, or for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, securing the Site, communicating with prospective and current clients, and measuring the effectiveness of our Services. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to hosting, website, analytics, communications, professional-adviser, and payment providers that process information for us; when you direct or consent to the disclosure; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. Providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use advertising pixels for retargeting or personalized advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use essential storage needed for security and basic functionality. We use Google Analytics and related Google measurement tools to understand visits and conversions. Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied unless you accept optional analytics. Before acceptance, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals that include consent status and basic event or device information; these do not use analytics cookies. If you accept, Google may use analytics storage and process device, browser, IP-address, page-view, and interaction information under its own privacy terms. You can accept or reject optional analytics through the consent notice and change your choice later through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Advertising storage and personalized-advertising signals remain disabled.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, and navigation through session replays and heatmaps. Clarity is configured in cookieless mode and the information available to us is pseudonymous. Microsoft processes this information; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your browser may also offer privacy controls. Where legally required and technically applicable, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to reject nonessential analytics or advertising storage.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and backup requirements.
7. International Data Transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising; or appeal our response to a request. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and may not apply in every jurisdiction.
To submit a privacy request, email hello@medspamarketpro.com. Please describe your request and the email address connected with your interaction with us. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent where local law permits.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice.
